23CM repeater offset

Is it possible to change the 23CM repeater offset of 20MHz used here in VK to the 6MHz used in the UK. I have browsed the manual and cannot see anything..

Many thanks That was most appreciated. I have a 9700 on order with Russ at Strictly ham and am planning on taking it to Scotland; so I needed to be sure that I could operate into the local 23 CM repeater
